The Website is a business-to-business platform directed exclusively to marine-industry professionals located in the United States and in the rest of the American continent.

We collect the following categories of personal information (as defined in California Civil Code §1798.140):

• Identifiers: company name, contact person's name, business email, telephone, postal address, IP address, account credentials.
• Commercial information: products ordered, purchase history, transaction records.
• Internet activity: pages visited, interaction with the Website and with our advertisements.
• Geolocation data: approximate location derived from IP address.
• Professional information: tax certificate, resale certificate or equivalent documentation submitted to verify your professional status.

(Spain) for intragroup administration and coordinated customer service; (ii) service providers acting on our behalf: Unit4 Ekon (ERP), IONOS (hosting), Google LLC (Google Analytics and Google Ads), Mailrelay (email delivery), Stripe (payment processing), UPS, DHL and our own freight forwarders (shipping); (iii) public authorities and law-enforcement bodies when required by law; and (iv) our professional advisors and potential purchasers in connection with corporate transactions, under confidentiality.
